  • 1 apple and kiwi
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • Steps

    10 mins

  • first cut the apple and kiwi into cubes
  • add it in the juice blender or any blender that you have at home
  • add yogurt and sugar in ( you can add as much as sugar for you liking)
  • blend it all together and your done!!:) serve it cold

  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 cup Milk (you can use any type of liquid milk)
  • 1 tsp cinammon powder
  • Some crushed almonds to enhance a good taste
  • 1 pinch cocoa powder
  • Steps

  • Peel off the bananas
  • Crushed the almonds
  • Add the bananas, oats, cinammon powder, cocoa powder and milk
  • Blend all together
  • Serve in a smoothie jar or a deep jug to make it look more appetizing

  • juicer – "use 100% juice if you have no juicer"
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 kiwi
  • 3 green apple
  • 1/2 c fresh spinach

  • Combine all ingredients in blender or juicer as directed.
  • Pour all ingredients from juicer cup into blender. Blend to desired consistency and enjoy. Add more avocado for thickness 🙂

  • 1/2 C frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 C frozen blackberries
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 3 oz fruit nectar (Mango recommended)
  • 1 C strawberry or vanilla yogurt
  • 3 T honey
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 1/2 ea frozen roasted beet (chopped, optional)
