  • 1 lb ground beef extra lean
  • 1 can kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 head ice berg lettuce cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 bunch green onions washed roots and about 2" of the green removed
  • 2 each large roma tomatoes. chopped w/ seeds removed
  • 1 packages ranch doritos crushed
  • 2 each peeled and seeded avacados
  • 1 1/2 of thousand island dressing
  • 2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp of hot sauce

  • cook beef w/ salt about 2 tsp. till brown add kidney beans and heat through. keep warm
  • mix all of the raw ingredients together add the cheese mix well.
  • add beef and bean mixture and mix well
  • add 1000 island dressing and hot sauce mix to incorporate.
  • dish up and enjoy! Great for potlucks….you can also use catalina dressing instead of 1000 island. your favorite hot sauce…add chilies if you want.

  • 2 cup butter lettuce
  • 2 cup red leaf lettuce
  • 1 large radish
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 oz sliced cornbeef
  • 2 oz black forrest ham
  • 1 1/2 cup black ripened olives
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup grape tomatoes

    Ingredients

  • 1 Hard boiled egg/sliced
  • 3 oz Boneless, skinless, chicken breast cubed
  • 2 cup Iceberg lettuce/cleaned and chopped
  • 2 slice Butterball Thin & Crispy, Turkey Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Kraft, fat free, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fat free Dressing

  • Chop and rinse iceberg lettuce.
  • Prep turkey bacon in microwave for 1:20sec
  • Add 2 cups of lettuce to bowl. Topping with 3oz of cubed chicken breast
  • Diced 1 hard boiled egg, and spread on top of salad.
  • Chop cooked turkey bacon, causing it to crumble into homemade bits, sprinkle over top of salad.
  • Measure a 1/4 of your cheese and sprinkle of top

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 cup romain lettuce
  • 1 cup kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup slivered onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup Thousand island dressing
  • 2 cup tortilla chips (preferred flavor)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomato halves

  • In 10″ skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onion, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, until chilled.
  • In large bowl, combine lettuce, beans, cheese, slivered onion, and olives. Add 3/4 cup of the ground beef mixture and toss lightly. Drizzle with salad dressing. Garnish with tomatoes, chips, and remaining ground beef mixture.
