Easy Chicken Pesto Pasta

  • 225 g Pasta (choice of your own) cooked
  • 1 head garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oli
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/2 kg chicken breast sliced
  • extra oil for basting chicken
  • Steps

  • Set aside cooked pasta. Make pesto sauce. Mine is homemade. Mix fresh basil, grind garlic and peanut. Add olive oil salt and pepper. Blend together.
  • Marinate chicken breast with salt and pepper. Add oil then grill chicken. Set aside.
  • In a pan, put olive oil, saute’ garlic then add pesto sauce simmer a bit then put the pasta and chicken. Mix evenly add lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Voila!!
  • Top with fried garlic and parmesan cheese. Change

  • 1 large pack chicken thighs (skin on, bone in)
  • Vegetable oil
  • Black pepper (sprinkle)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 10 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bottle (16 ounce) Greek dressing
  • 1 small can chopped black olives (4.25 ounce)
  • Feta cheese
  • Steps

  • Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs…… Change Change
  • Place chicken thighs in a large pan that has been heated with vegetable oil, sprinkle black pepper over both sides of thighs, and sauté until slightly browned, just a few minutes……. Change Change Change
  • Now place browned chicken thighs into crock pot…… Change
  • Arrange sliced onions and green pepper over chicken……Add your minced garlic on top……. Change Change
  • Pour your bottle of Greek dressing all over chicken thighs……. Change Change Change
  • Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours……. Change Change Change
  • After chicken thighs have cooked for 8 hours, stir in your can of chopped black olives, stir slightly…. Change Change Change
  • Remove thighs from crockpot when done, garnish with feta cheese, serve with parsley rice and enjoy ! Change Change

  • Mixed Dried Italian Herbs (I uses McCormick's brand)
  • Paprika Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetables
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water
  • Steps

  • Tenderize the chicken breast, alternatively cut the chicken breast in half horizontally to make it even thickness throughout the whole piece.
  • Rub olive oil on both side, then sprinkle the seasoning on both side of the meat, leave for at least 15 mins for the flavor to work into the meat for that slight but not overpowering marination.
  • Cut your veges and put into a large bowl, fill about 1/3 of the bowl with water and cover the top loosely with another a plate, microwave on high for 2 mins, take it out, stir it and pop it back in for another 2 minutes. Pour away remaining water in the bowl when done, sprinkle pepper and salt and it’s ready to serve.
  • Next, grilled chicken over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on both side, depending on the thickness of your chicken.

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced in half to make them thinner
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Steps

  • Fill a skillet with about 1/2 inch of oil and heat until the oil pops.
  • Mix dry ingredients and place in a ziploc baggie.
  • Beat eggs and start by dipping your chicken in flour egg then flour again and fry about 8 minutes per side until crispy golden brown.

  • 2 tubes Cresent Rolls
  • 2 pkg Chicken Strips
  • 1 bottle Buffalo Ranch Sauce
  • 1 pkg Mozzarella Shredded
  • 1 pkg Hash browns (we prefer Southern style w/ peppers & onion)
  • Steps

  • Open Cresent roll tubes, unroll and form them in a circle. (I usually have 4 extra, I prefer spaces between and not fully cover by the Cresent rolls; I’ll tell ya what I do with these in a bit…) Change Change
  • In bowl mix chicken, mozzarella cheese and Buffalo Ranch sauce to your desired consistency. (Some like it more saucy, others less… mix to your preference.) Change Change Change
  • Add mixture around the center circle, keeping it on the dough… Then wrap Cresent roll over the chicken with the point in the center area covering the chicken mixture all the way around. Change Change
  • Add hasbrowns around the outside of the ring. Change
  • Cook in oven per the instructions on the Cresent roll tube but ADD an additional 10 minutes. Then serve. Change
  • EXTRA 4 CRESENT ROLLS… On another pan I unroll then, add a little layer of butter. Sorinkly Cinnamon Sugar to my desired amount, roll up in Cresent roll shape and bake according to Cresent roll tube. DESSERT INCLUDED!!! Change
