  • Combine ingredients, stir and cook on low for 5-6 hours. I like to wait to add chickpeas for the last two hours. Shred chicken and enjoy!
  • I like to serve on a bed of spaghetti squash for a healthy meal. Top with salsa, guacamole, cheese, cilantro, corn and sour cream.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half horizontally
  • 4 cups reduced-sodium tomato-basil sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped yellow onion
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped green bell peppers
  • 1 can (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • Steps

  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat until hot. Brown chicken on broth sides, turning As it browns. Drain and transfer to crockpot.
  • Add remaining ingredients, and stir well to combine. Cover; cook on low 5 to 7 hours or high 2 to 3 hours.

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple undrained
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • Steps

  • Mix all ingredients in a labeled gallon ziplock freezer bag.
  • When ready to cook, thaw, and add 1/4 c teriyaki sauce. Change
  • Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours in crockpot.

    Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb) Whole Chicken
  • 6 med. Carrots
  • 1/2 large onion quartered
  • Seasonings
  • Pepper blend
  • Seasoning salt
  • Garlic salt
  • Steps

  • Peel carrots and cut into 3in chunks. Cut 1/2 of the onion into quarters. Place in crockpot
  • With kitchen twine truss the chicken. (tuck wings and tie legs together) Pat dry with paper towels. Place on top of veggies
  • Season chicken to your liking. I just sprinkled the seasonings over the chicken not caring if it got on the vegetables. Change

  • 1 large pack chicken thighs (skin on, bone in)
  • Vegetable oil
  • Black pepper (sprinkle)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 10 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bottle (16 ounce) Greek dressing
  • 1 small can chopped black olives (4.25 ounce)
  • Feta cheese

  • Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs…… Change Change
  • Place chicken thighs in a large pan that has been heated with vegetable oil, sprinkle black pepper over both sides of thighs, and sauté until slightly browned, just a few minutes……. Change Change Change
