  • 1 banana
  • 1 Orange
  • 3 strawberries (50 gr)
  • Yougurt (lactose free)
  • 100 ml water
  • Optional*
  • Vanilla, sugar, honey
  • Different yougurt
  • Milk instead of water
  • Steps

  • Get your fruit, peel it and cut it into pieces. Change
  • Put it all in the blender.
  • Add your yougurt and mix
  • The water is to make it less thick, so add slowly as you keep stiring it until the texture is best for you!
  • IMPORTANT: I ended up with 600 ml = 20 oz but quantities might differ to you

    Ingredients

  • 250 g glutinous rice flour (A)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt. (A)
  • 100 ml warm water (A)
  • 2 different colours of food dye (preferably pink and green)
  • Optional Ball Filling
  • 100 g roasted peanuts (B)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (B)
  • For the Ginger drink
  • 10 slices roasted ginger (C)
  • 1-2 pieces lemon grass (C)
  • 2 pandan leaves (C)
  • 200 g brown sugar (C)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (C)
  • Steps

  • Add all ingredients labelled (A) together in a large glass mixing bowl. Mix until dough is formed.
  • Seperate dough into three portions in three separate bowls. Leaving one white, die each of the remaining two portions of doigh with a different colour food dye (e.g. one green and one pink).
  • Grind ingredients labelled (B) together until it forms a mix of fine crumbs/chunks of peanut and sugar.
  • Make small discs with the coloured dough and fill with the peanut sugar mixture in each disc, pinching them closed and forming smooth ball shapes. Boil finished balls for X minutes until XXX.
  • To make drink… Combine all (C) ingredients in boiling pan and simmer until sugar is dissolved and drink is fragrant.
  • To serve: Add the boiled white, pink and green balls, roasted peanuts and diced bread to the ginger drink.

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 different flavors of yogurt (i used activia strawberry and peach)
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk (optional you can use honey)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1 bottle of smalta
  • 3 cup nestle vanilla flavour supligen
  • 2 cup gatorade(any flavour)
  • 2 tbsp flax seed
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 6 half ripe to ripe mangoes ( i used julie and dodos )

  • Blend all ingredients. Change
  • Chill and enjoy before or after workout exercise. Change

  • Diced coconut
  • Diced pineapple

  • 1cup of soda water + diced coconut + diced pine apple + a little mint leaf mix all and serve I call it coconut mojito Change
  • Add liquid milk to blender+mint leaf+ice cream+pinch of food colour+green food colour belnd till smooth and serve child I call it mint milk shake Change Change
  • Add strawberry+pineapple+1cup of water+sugar +red colour blend till smooth and sieve then serve chilled Change
  • Add 1cup of soda water+diced red apple+pinch of green food colour+grapes and mix then serve chilled Change Change
