  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 4 strawberries
  • 3 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Steps

  • In a mixer, pour in yougurt, add quartered strawberries, milk powder( i used milac because its more on the salty side than sweet hence i didnt add additional salt), water and sugar.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well blended. And you are done! ^^

  • 1/2 Cup homemade almond milk
  • 4 Oz apple sauce
  • 4 Oz diced pears
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 Cup ice
  • Steps

  • Add all ingredients to blender in recipe order.
  • Blend on high until desired consistency is achieved.
  • Drink immediately or store in refrigerator for up to one day.

  • 1 c. McDonald's vanilla smoothie
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 c. self-raising flour
  • pinch salt
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • optional lemon or lime juice

  • Prepare all the ingredients. Change
  • Mix the smoothie, egg, and oil together in a large bowl. Change
  • Add in the flour and salt. Stir until smooth. (If mixture is too thick, add 1 tbsp of any milk to thin out) Change
  • Pour the batter onto a pre-heated fry pan and cook pancakes on medium-low heat until the sides are golden. Change
  • Divide the pancake servings. Change
  • Dice the apple and fry in a saucepan with the butter until slightly soft. Change
  • Add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook on low heat until it becomes syrupy. Add a dash of lemon or lime juice to keep it from hardening. Change

    Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Uncooked long grain white rice
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Vietnamese Cinnamon (Ideally use Mexican cinnamon but this was all i had at home and worked just fine)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste (or you can use Mexican vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup White Granulated sugar
  • 1 can Evaporated milk(optional, ommit for vegan /dairy free version, i promise you wont miss it!!!)

  • soak rice in water and cinnamon overnight.
  • the next day pour the rice and soaking water into the blender. I use a Vitamix blender because it pulverizes the rice very well. blend away then add vanilla, sugar and evaporated milk if you’re using it and blend again.
  • You can strain it through a cheese cloth if you would like but I prefer the slightly thicker consistency from keeping all the rice in the drink. Now let chill in the fridge. Serve over ice with your favorite Mexican dish!!! enjoy!
