  • 4 medium bananas
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup low fat unsweetened plain yogurt
  • 2 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • Put sugar in a small container of about two teaspoon of water. Stir until it dissolves.
  • You can put the whole bananas in the blender as I did, or have them sliced. Blend all the ingredients together for about a minute or until all the ice is totally crushed.

  • 2 cup Fresh spinach
  • 2 cup Water or Apple juice
  • 2 cup Frozen peaches
  • 1 Sliced banana
  • Steps

    5 mins

  • Combine fresh spinach and water (or apple juice) in blender. Blend until liquefied.
  • Add in frozen peaches and sliced banana. Pulse again until smooth. Enjoy!

  • 1 c. McDonald's vanilla smoothie
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 c. self-raising flour
  • pinch salt
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • optional lemon or lime juice

  • Prepare all the ingredients. Change
  • Mix the smoothie, egg, and oil together in a large bowl. Change
  • Add in the flour and salt. Stir until smooth. (If mixture is too thick, add 1 tbsp of any milk to thin out) Change
  • Pour the batter onto a pre-heated fry pan and cook pancakes on medium-low heat until the sides are golden. Change

  • Dice the apple and fry in a saucepan with the butter until slightly soft. Change
  • Add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook on low heat until it becomes syrupy. Add a dash of lemon or lime juice to keep it from hardening. Change
