  • 1 chilled apple
  • half piece chilled carrot
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • little drizzle of honey
  • little bit of water

  • Bring out the peanut butter jar and cream cheese to room temperature.Let them soften a little bit to mix them easily and evenly. Change
  • We’re going to make a dip for our treats.Combine the peanut butter with cream cheese.Mix them well with the balloon whisk,add a teaspoon of water and keep mixing it until creamy.Then drizzle a little bit of honey on top. Change

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Garnish
  • sweetened cocoa powder for dusting

  • In a large bowl whip 1 cup cream until it holds soft peaks, add confectioner’s csugar, vanilla and salt until firm peaks are reachespool Change
  • In another bowl beat cream cheese, and 1/4 cup cream with cocoa powder Change
  • Fold whipped cream into cream cheese until blended in 3 additions. If it seems to thick add cream slowly until the consistancy you want Change

    Ingredients

    5 servings

  • mummy apples
  • 3 large apples ( any kind will work ) (just pick your favorite)
  • 2 can pillsburry butter recipe crescent rolls (8oz.)
  • 1/2 cup graanulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp nutmeg
  • 1 raisins or black writing icing (optional.. see direction)
  • cream cheese puss dip
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • preheat oven to 375°
  • OPTIONAL: peel apples if desired: I leave my peels on.
  • core and slice apples into wedges.. about 8-10 wedges per apple.. Change
  • open crescent rolls and roll out each half seperatly. flatten a bit and crimp seams unless using seamless..and cut each section into 5 long strips. Change
  • wrap each apple wedge in one strip to look like banadges ( u may not use the whole strip: if u don’t reserve to make additional strips) leave an opening for your apple mummy’s eyes. Change
  • repeat until u run out of apple or crescent..
  • in a bowl mix together apple mummy seasonings.. Change
  • roll each mummified apple wedge into the cinnamon mixture. Change
  • place apple mummies onto lightly spray, foiled baking sheet. Change
  • bake until dough is fully cooked and apple is turning soft.. it will still have some firmness in center.. that’s ok u don’t want the apple mushy. but u do want the crescent slightly crisp. Change
  • meanwhile using a beater on medium/high mix all dip ingredients. Change
  • when apples are done use black writer icing for the eyes or u can use some of the “dip” to glue raisin eyes in place. Change
  • serve mummy apples with dip.. Change
  • makes about 20 mummy apple wedges.
  • Cranberry-Jalapeno Cream Cheese Dip

    Ingredients

  • Dip
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 each jalapeno, seeded & finely diced
  • 1 cup sugar (more/less to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 each (or 5) diced green onions
  • 1 tsp (1/8) salt
  • 2 packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 packages Ritz Crackers
  • Steps

  • Pulse cranberries until coarsely chopped
  • Add other ingredients and pulse until well combined and finely chopped
  • Transfer to covered bowl and refrigerate at least 4 hours
  • Spread cream cheese on serving plate or pie dish. Top with Dip.
  • Refrigerate for ~1 hour before serving
