Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (i used 1/2c strawberries, 1/4c each of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 5 each ice cubes
  • 1 cup mangoes
  • Steps

  • I prefer to cut up veggies and fruits before adding to the blender. Blend and enjoy!

  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips chopped

  • add milk to blender
  • add rest to blender
  • pulse until smooth

    Ingredients

    2 servings

  • 1 cup Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
  • 1 cup V8 V-Fusion Black Cherry Berry Juice (or whatever else wanted)
  • 1 1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Fruits
  • 1/2 cup Half/Half Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 1 Whip Cream (optional topping)

    10 mins

  • Mix frozen yogurt, juice, and milk
  • Make sure consistency of mixed product is somewhat thick
  • Add desired amount of fruit, save some pieces of fruit for decoration if wanted.
  • Add in sugar and vanilla extract for added taste

    Ingredients

  • For Granola parfait
  • 1 cup granola with mixed berries
  • 1 cup Yoghurt,Greek or hanged
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon urban platter’s spirulina powder,
  • As required Fresh fruits or dried berries
  • For chia pudding
  • 10 frozen strawberries for strawberry smoothie
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cups almond milk or fresh extracted coconut milk,
  • 4/5 tablespoon honey or maple syrup,
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon urban platter’s spirulina powder
  • Steps

  • Whisk spirulina powder with the Yoghurt nicely to achieve a smooth consistency,in a glass alternatively arrange Yoghurt, granola and fruits of your choice as shown in the picture.Dhould consume immediately or else it will be soggy.. Change Change
  • For strawberry smoothie I have blended some frozen strawberries with two tablespoon Yoghurt(You can skip yogurt) for chia pudding mix all the ingredients mentioned above for chia pudding and whisk properly,cover and refrigerate overnight or 3 to 4 hours,now in a glass layer alternatively chia pudding and strawberry smoothie,consume chilled. A very healthy option for diabetic patients.Garnish with desired toppings such as fruits,dried berries or granola as per your preferences. Change
