Healthy Mixed-Fruit Smoothie w Kale

2 cup Mixed fruit- strawberries, raspberries, mangoes, peaches
1 cup Kale (can substitute or add spinach as well)
8 ice cubes
1/2 cup milk
1 cup plain light frozen yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (or plain)
1 tbsp ground flax seed
Add yogurt, milk, fruit, protein and flax together and blend. This allows you to have a liquid base first in order to blend other ingredients quicker
Add in kale and ice cubes and stir in slightly, then blend

250 grams frozen fruits
250 ml unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp oats
Throw all the ingredients into the blender and blend.
Change the amount of almond milk according to your desired consistency. Start with adding about 200ml and add more as you blend.
Choose which fruits you want in the smoothie. In this one I put strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries and pomegranates.

1 cup Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
1 cup V8 V-Fusion Black Cherry Berry Juice (or whatever else wanted)
1 1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Fruits
1/2 cup Half/Half Milk
2 tbsp Sugar (optional)
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
1 Whip Cream (optional topping)
Mix frozen yogurt, juice, and milk
Make sure consistency of mixed product is somewhat thick
Add desired amount of fruit, save some pieces of fruit for decoration if wanted.
Add in sugar and vanilla extract for added taste

1 cup Mixed Frozen Berries
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Skim Milk – Non Fat
1 Scoop of Whey Protein
Place Mixed Berries Into The Blender.
Add the Non Fat Greek Yogurt, Water, Non Fat Milk, and Whey Protein.
