  • Cut the sweet potato into about 1 cm matchsticks and soak in a bowl of water. Drain, and microwave for about 2-3 minutes. Change

  • 1 Big Bottle Smirnoff Ice Red
  • 1 Big Bottle Bacardi Breezer Orange
  • 6 pints Glasses
  • 1 bag Of Ice

  • Grab your big bottle of WKD Blue and split the drink between the 6 glasses
  • Do the same with the big bottle of Smirnoff Ice Red

    Ingredients

  • 200 ml White wine
  • 100 ml Water
  • 5 grams Gelatin powder
  • 20 ml Water (to bloom the gelatin)
  • 20 grams Sugar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 Berries
  • 1 Mint or chervil for decoration
  • 1 Chilled champagne or carbonated water
  • Steps

  • Dissolve the gelatin in water.
  • Add the sugar and honey into a saucepan along with the white wine. Bring the mixture to a boil and boil off the alcohol.

    Ingredients

    2 servings

  • 1 fillet Chicken breast
  • 6 Shiso leaves
  • 1 Umeboshi (paste or as is)
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp Tempura batter
  • 1 Panko
  • 1 Ponzu, mayonnaise, or other condiments
  • Steps

  • Remove the skin from the chicken, butterfly it, then thinly slice it diagonally. Season with salt and pepper. If the meat is thick, cover with plastic wrap and pound it out.
  • Cut the shiso leaf in half lengthwise. Spread a thin layer of umeboshi on top of the chicken, top with the shiso, then wrap. Change
  • Prepare the tempura batter on the thick side, then quickly dredge the chicken from Step 2, coat in the panko, then deep fry in 180°C oil.
  • Serve on plate with cabbage. It has a sufficient amount of seasoning, but serve it with other condiments, such as ponzu sauce, to taste. Change

    Ingredients

  • for the drink
  • 1 ice
  • 1 can pineapple juice
  • 1 cranberry juice
  • 1 can limearita beer
  • 2 slice fresh orange
  • 1 sprig of mint (optional)
  • 2 oz Tito's Hand Made Vodka(or more if youd like ;))

  • fill a glass with desired amount of ice
  • pour about 2 oz. (2 shots) of Titos vodka
  • add about 2 oz. of pineapple juice, and 2 oz. of cranberry juice. (use more if u like)
  • add 1 or 2 oz. of the limearita and stir
  • squeeze a little fresh orange juice in and stir.
  • stick a couple fresh orange slices in your drink with a sprig of mint
  • taste and adjust ratios for desired flavor if needed. Enjoy!
