  • 2 pieces salmon
  • 1 lemon(sliced)
  • Kosher salt
  • Course black pepper
  • Mini bell peppers

  • 2 lbs salmon
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Pepper
  • Drizzle Olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Thyme/ basil/rosemary (fresh would be even better)

  • Heat oven to 375°. Coat salmon with rosemary/basil/thyme, salt and pepper. Add olive oil and rub into salmon. Add garlic. Cut lemon into slices and add slices on top of salmon (as many slices as you desire). Change

  • Ingredients:
  • 375 gr salmon fillet
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • For spice paste:
  • 1 pepperoni (you can skip this if you don't like spicy)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 10 macadamia nuts (to replace candlenut)
  • 3/4 tsp turmeric
  • For sliced seasoning:
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 sweet pointed paprika
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 tomato
  • Some chives
  • Steps

  • For the spice paste: Using a food processor, process all the Ingredients until smooth, and reach it’s paste textures. Or you can make it manually using mortar and pestle like I do…
  • For the sliced seasoning: slice all the Ingredients into small slices
  • In a bowl, mix the spice paste and the sliced seasoning, add 1 tsp honey, and salt to taste
  • Add the Salmon into the mixture of spice paste and sliced seasoning, let it cover by all the spice, and let it marinate for 1 hour
  • Place the salmon and all the spices in a baking pan. Bake it for 20 to 30 minutes (170 degrees celcius)

  • Potatos
  • Peas

  • For the potatos: First of all skin the potatos then cut into quarters. Season with any spices then cook in bottom of oven for 50 mins
  • For the salmon: Brush salmon with wasabi and bake for 30 mins
  • For the Pea purèe: pour peas into blender until mush, add around a quarter of a bottle cream. Add garlic and onion then blend some more until creamy.
  • For the Almonds: Put oil in pan then when it gets hot add almonds. Fry until golden brown

  • Steps

  • Spread a layer of cream cheese (and pureed garlic) on top of salmon
  • Set toaster or oven at 180 celcious and bake for 8 mins

  • 4 pieces salmon fillet
  • 125 grams cream cheese
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill
  • 250 grams asparagus
  • Steps

  • Put asparagus in a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Add a bit of olive oil if desired. Cook at 200 degrees celsius for 10 minutes.
  • Chop garlic and dill and mix together with the cream cheese. You can use a light spreadable cream cheese for a low fat alternative. Spread on top of salmon.
  • Take baking sheet with asparagus out of the oven once done and push asparagus stems to the side. add the salmon fillets to the center and bake again for 8-10 more minutes.
