Grilled Salmon with Sautéed Mushrooms mixed Bell Peppers, and Greens Salad used BBQ Sauce

Greens salad as your choice
Salmon (I used frozen salmon from Costco it comes in package. So I used only 1 package because this lunch only for myself. And of course I have to defrost first before cook it)
2 big mushrooms cut long wide. (optional)
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
Chili flake (optional)
1 tsp cornstarch
Mushrooms powder (optional) you can use chicken powder if you want
First, marinate salmon with salt, pepper, a bit oil and dash of mushrooms powder. Marinated for at least 10-15 minutes.
For the salad: Put the greens salad into a bowl. Now make the dressing by adding 1tbsp of BBQ sauce, add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Then pour into the salad toss and coat. Set aside.
Heat up the non-stick pan, sprays with cooking spray or brush it with little oil and grilled the salmon.
While the salmon is grilling, heat up another pan sauteed the mushrooms and bell paper, splash with a little water to avoid burn. Adding the BBQ sauce, salt, pepper, and mushrooms powder. Add little bit water and cook through but not mushy. Add chili flake then mixed well.
In the small bowl combine the cornstarch and water, stir well and pour into the sauté mushrooms. Mixed well, taste it and turn off the heat.
You have to check on your salmon frequency while you sautéed the mushrooms and bell peppers. Flipped it over and continued cook the salmon until it done.
To assembly: adding the salad on the plate, add salmon, and lastly top with sautéed mushrooms and bell pepper. And here you go, your food is ready to serve. Enjoy️

2 green onions, sliced

Butter and olive oil for cooling

Roasted kalapeno and angel hair pasta for serving

Into skillet add some butter and soften ialapeno then add chicken stock, cream and lemon and Cream and reduced to a sauce with skin butter Change Change Change

Salmon With Soy Sichuan Sauce

1 salmon head or any fish
15 dried Chili
2 tbsp Of oil
1 tbsp Of dried Sichuan pepper corn
4 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp Of sugar
5 tbsp Of water
4 tbsp dice sour vegetables
Baked salmon 200 c for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon then set aside
With oil pan fry the dried Chili, dried Sichuan pepper corn for 2 minutes Change
Add in the garlic and onion and stir fry for another 2 minutes Change
Add in the sauce and mix well, add in the water then add in the sugar together with the dice sour mustard and mix well for another 2 minutes Change Change
Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch mixture and mix well for another 1 minutes then off heat and enjoy this sauce with salmon Change Change
Salmon with Oyster Mayonnaise Sauce

200 grams Raw Salmon
2 tbsp Potato Starch
1/2 tsp Salad Oil(Fried oil)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Oyster Sauce
Cut the Raw salmon into bite sized pieces. Dust with Potato Starch.
Put all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.
Heat Salad Oil in a frying pan. And fry the Salmon until golden brown. Put the cooked Salmon in the Bowl with the sauce and minx it well.
