    Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oil (coconut or olive or whatever you like)
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell Pepper (any color) chopped, -optional-
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 2 can Chili beans (do not drain)
  • 2 can Diced Tomatoes (do not drain) – 56oz total
  • 1 can Black Beans (do not drain)
  • 2 can Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)
  • ground cinnamon (optional)

  • Heat oil in cook pot on the stove on medium.
  • Add onion and bell pepper to hot oil and cook til softened.
  • Add ground beef and taco seasoning. Stirring occassionally til browned.
