4 1/2 c seedless watermelon cubes
1/4 c vanilla infused vodka (chilled, Absolut Vanilla)
1/8 c triple sec
1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Process waternelon cubes in blender on high until smooth. Using fine sieve, strain 2 cups of watermelon juice to large container and refrigerate 30 min.
Add vodka, triple sec, and lime juice to chilled watermelon juice. Stir well.
Pour drink into 4 champagne flutes leaving room to gently topp off with Champagne.
Sugar-peach champagne cocktail

2 large peaches sliced.
1/4 cup sugar
1 (750 ml) pink champagne
Roll peach slices in sugar & place 2 or 3 slices in each of 4 glasses.
Fill with champagne.
Tip: Turn this into a fruit starter for Sunday brunch by filling a champagne glass with assorted fruit slices. Top with champagne.
Frozen Peach Bellini

3 cup frozen peaches
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
Place your frozen peaches in the blender and blend for about 2 minutes. Just enough to break it all up. Add your vanilla and sugar to the peach’s and blend until smooth. Pour your peach mixture into your cup ( be sure to leave 1/4 of the cup empty so you have room for your champagne) Then to finish it off slowly pour champagne in your glass and stir very gently. Then enjoy 🙂

1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup frozen strawberry daiquiri fruit juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup champagne, chilled
1/2 cup lemon – flavored sparkling water, chilled
2 fresh strawberries (optional )
Place sliced strawberries in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
Pour strawberry puree into a pitcher; add strawberry juice concentrate, and stir well. Cover and chill.
Just before serving, stir in champagne and sparkling water. Pour into chilled champagne flutes.
Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
Vodka French 75

1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz simple syrup (see recipe)
1 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz Champagne, Moscato, Prosecco or other dry sparkling wine
1 C ice cubes
1 ea lemon twist
Combine all ingredients, except the lemon twist, into a shaker. Covor and Simple syrup recipe – https://cookpad.com/us/recipes/429596-simple-syrup?via=sidebar-recipes
Cover and shake vigorously.
Add the wine and stir.
Strain into a glass. Garnish as desired (I like a lemon twist). Serve and enjoy!
