Homemade Cheeseballs

Ingredients

  • 1 packages Block Cheese
  • 1 Flour
  • 1 Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Beaten Eggs
  • 1 Frying Oil
  • Steps

  • Cut cheese into squares
  • Beat egg
  • Put flour in a bowl
  • Add Breadcrumbs to a bowl
  • Dip cheese into egg
  • Dip egg covered cheese into flour… make sure to get all the loose flour off by gently shaking the cube
  • Place flour covered cheese into beaten egg…Make sure the cheese is well coated in egg
  • Roll cheese into breadcrumbs
  • Place breaded cheese on a plate and put in fridge for 1 hour
  • After the hour, heat oil and cook cheese til they float… Becareful not to cook them too long
  • Remove from oil dab and enjoy!
  • Tangy Bacon Cheeseball

    Ingredients

    24 servings

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk (can also use soy milk)
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Blue cheese
  • 10 slices cooked & crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup dried parsley
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Steps

  • Beat cream cheese & milk in large bowl with an electric mixer on low until well blended. Add cheddar, Monterey jack, & blue cheese. Beat at medium speed until well combined.
  • Add half of bacon & half of pecans. Blend on medium until well mixed.
  • Transfer half of mixture to large piece of plastic wrap. Form mixture into ball. Wrap tightly. Repeat with remaining mixture. Refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours.
  • Combine remaining bacon & pecans with parsley in pie plate or large dinner plate.
  • Remove plastic wrap from each ball. Roll each in bacon mixture until well coated. Wrap each Cheeseball tightly in plastic wrap & refrigerate until ready to use, up to 24 hours.
  • Serve with crackers of your choice.

    Ingredients

  • 1 packages Cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Cocktail sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Parmasean cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozz or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Flakey imitation crab meat
  • Steps

  • Mix all together except the shredded cheese! Form a ball put in refridgerator for about an hour to firm and roll it in the shredded cheese! enjoy

    Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 2 lb sliced deli ham
  • 2 large green onions, with green part
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • Steps

  • Mix all ingredients together. Wrap in plastic wrap or in a air tight container and put in refridgerator for at least 3 hours.

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • Steps

    15 mins

  • Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until creamy.
  • Slowly add sugars until blended.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate in container for 1-2 hours.
  • Serve with Graham crackers and spread on the yummy goodness!
  • (I used regular size chocolate chips and it turn out great!)

    Ingredients

  • 2 packages 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix (make sure it is for dressing & NOT dip)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • Steps

  • Mix all ingredients together and roll into a ball!
  • *I sprinkle additional parsley all over to give it some color
