1 packages Block Cheese
1 Bread Crumbs
1 Beaten Eggs
1 Frying Oil
Cut cheese into squares
Put flour in a bowl
Add Breadcrumbs to a bowl
Dip cheese into egg
Dip egg covered cheese into flour… make sure to get all the loose flour off by gently shaking the cube
Place flour covered cheese into beaten egg…Make sure the cheese is well coated in egg
Roll cheese into breadcrumbs
Place breaded cheese on a plate and put in fridge for 1 hour
After the hour, heat oil and cook cheese til they float… Becareful not to cook them too long
Remove from oil dab and enjoy!
Tangy Bacon Cheeseball

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup milk (can also use soy milk)
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup crumbled Blue cheese
10 slices cooked & crumbled bacon
1/4 cup dried parsley
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Beat cream cheese & milk in large bowl with an electric mixer on low until well blended. Add cheddar, Monterey jack, & blue cheese. Beat at medium speed until well combined.
Add half of bacon & half of pecans. Blend on medium until well mixed.
Transfer half of mixture to large piece of plastic wrap. Form mixture into ball. Wrap tightly. Repeat with remaining mixture. Refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours.
Combine remaining bacon & pecans with parsley in pie plate or large dinner plate.
Remove plastic wrap from each ball. Roll each in bacon mixture until well coated. Wrap each Cheeseball tightly in plastic wrap & refrigerate until ready to use, up to 24 hours.
Serve with crackers of your choice.

1 packages Cream cheese softened
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Cocktail sauce
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 cup Parmasean cheese
1 cup Shredded mozz or cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Flakey imitation crab meat
Mix all together except the shredded cheese! Form a ball put in refridgerator for about an hour to firm and roll it in the shredded cheese! enjoy
The Basic But Disappearing Cheeseball

2 packages cream cheese
2 lb sliced deli ham
2 large green onions, with green part
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Wrap in plastic wrap or in a air tight container and put in refridgerator for at least 3 hours.
Chocolate chip cheeseball

8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup butter softened
1/4 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3 cup mini chocolate chips
1 box graham crackers
Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until creamy.
Slowly add sugars until blended.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate in container for 1-2 hours.
Serve with Graham crackers and spread on the yummy goodness!
(I used regular size chocolate chips and it turn out great!)

2 packages 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 envelope ranch dressing mix (make sure it is for dressing & NOT dip)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Mix all ingredients together and roll into a ball!
*I sprinkle additional parsley all over to give it some color
