  • 1 package egg roll wraps
  • 1 can collard greens
  • 1 box macaroni and cheese
  • 1 can baked beans
  • for special sauce: hot sauce and honey
  • Steps

  • The only thing that needs to be cooked is the macaroni and cheese. Follow the instructions on the box Change
  • Take 1 egg roll wrap and layer mac and cheese, greens, and beans on the wrap Change
  • Fold (instructions on how to fold egg rolls should be on the pack) and place in cooking oil to fry. Change
  • Cook on both sides and then drain.
  • Mix hot sauce and honey together for special dipping sauce.

  • 1 small white onion
  • 1 small green peppers
  • 4 packages instant noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey

  • cook the ground beef or ground turkey til brown or well done you can put any seasonings that you want with ur meat while its cooking
  • while the meat is cooking rinsed your green peppers and cut your onions and green peppers to smaller pieces and put them in the a sauteed pan til they are sauteed
  • open your 4 pack of instant noddles take the season out and break your noodles in a pot of water and boil them on the stove but dont over cook ur noodles
  • then drain your noodles and meat in a drainer and put the meat and noodles together in another pan and your sauteed peppers and onions
  • then put your instant noodles season on top and mix together and you have Chinese food enjoy

    2 full & 4 halves

  • 2 whole chicken 900 grams each
  • 20 ml lemon juice or red wine vinegar
  • 20 gm ginger & garlic paste
  • 5 gm chilli paste
  • 50 ml White wine or rum
  • 100 ml corn oil or canola oil
  • 2 stalk fresh oregano & rosemary (dried also ok)
  • 10 gm Five Spices or whole spices
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • 20 ml Soya Sauce
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 medium boiled potatoes
  • 1 small bunch of fresh Chinese Celery
  • 1/2 medium lemon (optional)
  • 2 portion fries or assorted vegetables
  • 20 ml Oyster Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Vinegar Chilli Sauce
  • 4 tbsp soya sauce
  • 100 ml Chinese garlic Sauce
  • Steps

  • Clean the chicken & cut into two halves each then remove back bones, chest bones, neck, leg tips and wings tips. Cleave the thighs along the bones or remove the leg bones if you like.
  • Keep the chicken aside and mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Now marinate the chicken halves thoroughly and keep in chiller for at least 8 hours for best result.
  • Prepare the charcoal fire ready for grill and take out the chicken from chiller and be ready for cooking. Now cut the tomatoes and potatoes into halves each and put on grill. Put the chicken halves in a grilling net and put in heat.
  • Turn the chicken till cooked from both side. Check also tomatoes & potatoes. Prepare fries or steamed vegetables.

  • Chinese Food Special Soy Sauce (no cooking, mix mix only)

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • grated fresh garlic (optional)
  • Steps

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl / glass / cup
  • Place the bowl / glass / cup in a hot water bath (this step is meant to dissolve the sugar easier)
  • Stir well until all sugar are dissolved
  • Ready to use for topping or cooking or just awesomely add saltiness to foods
  • NB: you can also make it ahead and fridge it

  • Tofu -1
  • Oil – to fry
  • 2 spoon Soya sauce –
  • 3 spoon Tomato ketchup –
  • spoon Oyster sause -3
  • Salt -to taste
  • Spinach – optional (i dnt like so cant add in this recipe)
  • Dry chilli paste -4 spoon(soak chilli in water 1/2hr) grind well

  • This is brown rice kuey teow Change
  • This is tofu, Make a small pieces Change
  • Soak the dry chilli in water 1/2 hr after Grind the chilli paste well Change
  • Boil kuey teow in water one by one Change
  • Stir well., Drain the water for remove wax.. Change
  • Wash with cold water and keep aside in a colander. Toss with some oil to avoid sticky Change
  • Heat a pan add 5 spoon of oil fry the tofu little browny n crispy Change
  • The tofu came like this. Change
  • Add kuey teow into the pan if u want spinach, add after tofu n add kuey teow. Change
  • Mix well, Add soya sauce 2 spoon Change
  • Add tomato ketchup 3 spoon Change
  • Add grinded chilli paste 3 spoon Change
  • Mix all the ingredients well with kuey teow Change
  • N after add salt to taste Change
  • Add oyster sauce 3 spoon mix well Change
  • Taste the kuey teow if u want salt r spicy.., add that finally. Mix well. Change
  • Tasty kuey teow goreng ready… Nw transfer into the bowl.. Change
