Banana Peach Smoothie

  • 1 each frozen banana
  • 1 each frozen peach
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk (coconut or any other nut milk will do )
  • 3 each red kale leaves (any other greens will do just fine). Also it will still taste great if you add much more kale (or other greens)
  • Steps

    5 mins

  • Load everything into a blender. Change
  • Blend until it’s all even. Can add or reduce the almond milk to reach desired consistency.

  • 1/2 cup any zero calorie pink lemonade carbonated drink
  • 1 piece Fresh strawberry (optional )
  • 1 wine glass or heck what ever works best for you
