  • 1 packages Tea leaf
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 can Ice

  • 1.Boil the water
  • put the tea leaf in to the boiled water. Then wait 3 minutes

  • 75 cc whipping crean
  • 1 egg
  • 15 cc green tea (matcha)
  • 30 g sugar

  • Stir egg first and add sugar
  • Add milk and put it over weak fire. Gently stir.
  • Once it gets slightly solid, stop the fire. Add green tea and stir them in the bowl of ice water.

  • 500 ml Orange juice
  • 10 slice Orange Slices
  • 200 ml sugar

  • Make strong rooiboss tea. Add sugar and stir until dissolved
  • Cool the Rooiboss tea. When nice and cold add orange juice and slices.
  • Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!

  • 3 bananas
  • 150 ml soy milk
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp green tea powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 100 grams silken tofu
  • Steps

  • Remove excess moisture from tofu. (I just put heavy thing to press it)
  • Make the green tea paste, mix green tea powder and hot water together
  • Put everything into the blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the ice cream mixture in the container, store in the freezer overnight. Stir the mixture every 1-2 hours for about 3 times.
  • Let the ice cream out from the freezer for 10 minutes before serving, to make it easy to scoop. Serve with topping of your choice.
