Caprese Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 grape tomatoes
  • 1 tbls blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup basil
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tbls dry vermouth
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • Steps

  • Prep blue cheese stuffed tomatoes ahead of time. Cut off the top of each cherry tomato, scoop out insides and fill with blue cheese crumbles.
  • Muddle 1/4 cup of ice with the basil in cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ice, vermouth and vodka and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into martini glass and add your blue cheese stuffed tomato!

    Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 4 oz fresh squeezed red grapefruit juice (about 1 grapefruit)
  • 1 ea grapefruit section
  • 1 C Ice
  • Steps

    5 minutes

  • Combine all ingredients, except the grapefruit section, in a shaker. Cover and shake vigorously.
  • Strain and pour into a chilled glass and garnish with the grapefruit section. Serve and enjoy!
  • Rumchata Martini

    Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Rumchata
  • 1.5 oz caramel vodka
  • 1.5 oz hazelnut liqueur
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 C Ice
  • Steps

  • Put all ingredients, except cinnamon, in a shaker. Cover and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a chilled glass, and sprinkle cinnamon over the top. Serve and enjoy!
  • Blackberry Martini

    Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1.5 oz triple sec
  • 7 ea large blackberries
  • 2 oz simple syrup (see recipe)
  • lemon rimming sugar (see recipe)
  • 1 C ice
  • Steps

    5 minutes

    Ingredients

  • 4 basil leaves torn
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • .05 oz simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Garnish
  • 2 basil leaves
  • Steps

  • In a shaker with ice add the torn basil, vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Cover and shake vigorously.
  • In a tumbler glass with ice empty the shaker with the straining lid on.
  • Top with basil leaves.
  • Drink up and enjoy!!
