  • 10-15 brussel sprouts

  • In pot melt stick if butter on medium-low heat.

  • 1 lb cleaned and trimmed Brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 3 slices bacon, cut small and browned
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • As needed salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
  • As needed olive oil and a pat of butter

  • Is a large skillet, brown the bacon on med/high heat. Add the garlic cloves, then add cleaned and cut Brussels sprouts. Add a little olive oil and a dap of butter. Add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

  • Dash sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder (to your liking

  • Rinse Brussels
