Rice cake sports bar

Ingredients

  • 1 liter water
  • 1/2 kg risotto rice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 100 grams agave syrup
  • 300 grams Philadelfia cream cheese
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Steps

    40 mins

  • Boil the water and put in the rice
  • Put the sugar and cinnamon in the water
  • Let it boil for approx. 30min
  • Mix the Philadelfia while the rice is still hot
  • Mix the syrup
  • Spread out on a baking sheet an press it so it wont be too loose.
  • Set it in the fridge for 24 hours and cut it into small bars
