Peaches and Cream Drink

2 oz cake vodka
1 oz whipped cream vodka
1/2 cup frozen peach slices
Add all but the ice to blender an whir for a couple of seconds until peaches are kinda gone. Add enough ice to make smoothie consistency and whir until you have a slushy. Pour into glass if you want a a splash of sprite for bubbles. So good but be careful. ..it will sneak up on you
Summer refreshing drink cucumber lemon water

Add ice cube in the glass or mason jars then add the cucumber and lime/lemon.
Then add water. Gently stirring and enjoy And you can refill with water for 2-3 times.
This drink will keep you stay hydrated throughout the day.
Summer on a Snowy Day Smoothie

2 cup Frozen Fruit Mix (strawberries, peaches, mango, pineapples)
1 Banana, sliced
1 cup Fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup Lowfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
You can add more or less orange juice to achieve your desired consistency. Enjoy!
Lithuanian summer dietary drink

1 red beetroot
2 egg whites
2 small cucumber
1 tbsp sour cream
5 tbsp non sweet yogurt
1 liter water
1 salt, black pepper
Boil water and let it become completely cold
By then boil red sweet beetroot and eggs together.
Cut in small cubes after they become cold (take only the white from eggs). Also cut the cucumber and mix together.
Add sour creme, yogurt, salt, pepper and mix well.
Add water and move to fridge for 2 hours or more so that tastes are merged.
Black Royal Summer Smoothie

1 cup black grapes
1/4 cup pineapple
2 cup red spinach
1 cup yoghurt
2 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp bee pollen
1 ice cubes / water (optional)
insert ingredients in order. ice cubes/water is optional, depends on how runny you like your smoothie
Aam panna (raw mango drink)

2 large raw mangoes
4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
15 fresh mint leaves
Peel the raw mangoes. In a pressure cooker put the mangoes with water and cook for 15 to 20 mins till mangoes are completely soft.
Let the water with mangoes cool for sometime. Preserve the water.
Remove the soft fibre from the mangoes using a spoon or knife. Throw away the stone/seed.
Mash the fibre and add it to the water in which mangoes were cooked. You can also grind the fibre with the water in a grinder.
Add sugar,salt ,roasted cumin powder and chopped mint leaves to it..Adjust seasoning to suit your taste.
